7 Simple Health Tips

2. Take several breaths noticing where the air goes in your body
Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly while standing, sitting or laying down.
Breathe in filling your belly first then your chest. Breathe out through your chest then empty your belly. Repeat several times & throughout the day. The richness of your life is represented by the depths of your breath and moments that take your breath away expanding your heart! |

3. Set your intention for the day.
Clear your thoughts even for a moment and decide how your day is going to be by a simple statement.
