Mobile Device Clearing
This is a regular maintenance of the internal workings of the app & the google browser. Like brushing the teeth, certain things operate best with regular 'cleaning'. This step should be done once a week as a minimum. Ideally, after this step, turn off the device for 3-5 minutes and then turn back on when ready. Additional Regular Clearing of the AO Scanner:
1. Look for the 'hamburger' 3 lines in the upper right corner of your aoscan program. Tap it to open. 2. A new screen appears like the one on the picture to the right. 3. Choose an option to 'clear the device': Pre-cache button is for most 'new' issues. Should be done daily. Cache is for more sticky problems and should be done at least weekly as a maintenance to keep the information flowing properly to and through the device. Reload is for refreshing the page without having to exit the AO Scan app. |
